Within this climate, the individual is able to be open and honest with themselves which helps them to develop a true understanding of their situation. This self-awareness allows them to identify and harness their own unique resources and strengths to enable them to manage their problems.

Specialisation
In addition to general remedial one to one counselling, Maturus also offers specialists in the following areas:

• Youth Counselling (14+yrs)
• Couple Counselling
• Psychosexual Counselling
• Phobias
• Eating Disorders

The Contract

Clients are invited to contact us, at which point we will agree a mutually convenient time with an appropriate counsellor/psychotherapists for an initial consultation. During this consultation, the client and the practitioner will agree a contract for future sessions if required. Clients will be expected to travel to our practice.

Fees

Our fees are negociated with each client depending upon the specialisation and experience of the practitioner.
